TOKYO KNIT Exhibition 2022 was held during 3 days from 24th to 26th February at Hikarie Shibuya and ended as huge success with 555 visitors including apparel related guests, journalists, and general visitors.

TOKYO KNIT has been challenging collaboration works since 2020 with designers who have been attracting attention all over the world such as ANREALAGE, Children of the discordance and MaXhosa Africa.

The 4th TOKYO KNIT brand certification board took place in September 2021. The following is the profile of three companies newly certificated through the strict certification process by six certification review board members.

Project theme of TOKYO KNIT in 2021/2022 is “Factories have started talking… TOKYO KNIT STORY”. In this year, TOKYO KNIT is going to make strong efforts to strengthen D2C business and transmit information. The followings are two trials.

The physical exhibition in TOKYO and the digital exhibition through REMOTEN have ended successfully.

TOKYO KNIT has been introduced on WWD JAPA (issued on 22 February 2021, col.2174) and WWD JAPAN.com.

Upholding “SUSTAINABLE ACTION by TOKYO KNIT” as the theme of product development, TOKYO KNIT is proceeding with holding the exhibition and collaboration works with designers.
